What is a Cloud Migration Service and why do I need it?

Cloud migration is the exercise of migrating relevant in-house hosted applications to the Cloud, a good example is moving your Email to the cloud. Other examples will include moving your file server to the cloud or getting rid of your file server completely and using Sharepoint Online or some version of office 365 instead. All the above actions will necessitate a migration of users and data to the cloud.
